Do you ever take a look at the bottom side of your bathroom sink?  Maybe you should...especially if you clean with bleach which is highly corrosive.  The sink in this picture was seen during a Pinellas Home Inspection and is severely damaged.  The sink will need to be replaced.

Need to repair a leaking spigot?  Why bother, just add ANOTHER spigot.
